This adorable card was created with the new New Bee My Valentine Stamp and Punch Bundle…Yes! I love Punches! The emoji faces and sentiments included in the stamp set are going to keep me busy this week with all of the ideas I have popping in my head! Good thing it is school break!

Color Coach Challenge!

Being part of an SU! Demonstrator Team means creative ideas are on tap regularly! This Challenge was posted on my upline’s Team Page, and I am so happy to share it with my own followers and the 802 Inkers! The challenge was to use a new product with a Color Coach Combo.

What is a Color Coach?

Stampin Up! Provides a shareable resource that pairs each of our colors with two other colors for easy designing of your projects.  In this project I used some out of the box colors for my darling Bees straight out of the Color Coach.

  • Pumpkin Pie
  • Tahitian Tide
  • Blackberry Bliss

Supplies and Tools

Aside from card stock and ink in your choice of colors, this project features an embossed Focal Point layer that is decorated with Bees punched from stamped cardstock. I used a 3D folder from the Basics 3D set which is an online exclusive in my store. A quick run through my Stampin Cut and Emboss Machine and instant texture! Adding twine, thread or other fiber puts a little posh in the card. Popping up the focal image with dimensionals makes the Bees buzz right off of the card.
